But if you do not and we can’t contact you with questions, it may prevent us from doing a full investigation.

Report Fraud

iCare has a strict policy against people who make a threat or try to get revenge on a person who reports Fraud, Waste or Abuse. iCare also has a strict policy against organizations who make threats or try to get revenge on a person who reports Fraud, Waste or Abuse. iCare also enforces this strict policy when a person submits a report about a compliance concern.

You are protected from punishment for False Claims Act complaints if you submit a concern or report.
You are also protected from any other adverse action that someone takes against you because you filed a complaint.
