Member Rights, Grievances, and Appeals

Independent Care Health Plan has Member Advocates/Member Rights Specialists to help you get the care you need. You can contact your Member Advocate for help with any questions about getting health care and solving any problems you may have getting health care from iCare. They can tell you more about rights and help make sure iCare is supporting your needs and outcomes. You can reach a Member Advocate at 1-800-777-4376 or 414-231-1076.
