Secure Email Portal

With the adoption of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), it is required that all communications containing Protected Health Information (PHI) be secured. To help implement this important and practical security measure, Humana policy requires all email users to send Confidential Information using Secure Mail.

This is an encrypted way to transfer protected information.  

Providers can register for an account directly at Secure Mail Systems. When a secure email is sent by iCare, providers will receive an email message from noreply@onlinesecuremail.com that you have received a secure email and who the email is from. 

If you are not receiving emails and should be, please check your spam folder and connect with your IT Department to make sure that your company is not blocking the address or sending it to a spam service.

Disenrollment

You may disenroll from an iCare Medicare plan only at certain times of the year, or under certain special circumstances. Complete information is available on the Disenrollment Rights and Responsibilities page.
